After 48 years without winning a game in the World Cup we won two games in Africa and made the round of 16. The result of today’s game doesn’t speak to how much Chilean football has changed and how popular the team has become over the last few weeks all over the world, and especially with the locals in South Africa. Everywhere we went everyone would wish us luck and would chant Chi Chi Le Le Le Viva Chile!!! or some variation of it. I think the team and Marcelo Bielsa have laid the foundation for things to come.
I am really happy to have been here to see them play and even though I wanted to cry after the game, I have never felt so proud to be Chilean. I will never forget this experience and how exciting live soccer can be.

South Africa is a beautiful country with some of the nicest people I have ever met. We were fortunate to visit so many places in three different countries and meet some great people along the way. I hope you all enjoyed the pictures and our stories along the way.
